International Paper finalizes $2.2 billion purchase of Weyerhaeuser’s pulp business; deal strengthens IP’s position in global fluff pulp market

(Johannesburg, S Africa, Nov. 28, 2016) Sappi’s EBITDA excluding special items for the year was $739 million, an increase of $114 million, or 18%, on the prior year. FFIF: Finland’s paperboard production up 17.5 per cent in 3Q

(Helsinki, Nov. 30, 2016) Finland's paperboard production grew by as much as 17.5% in the 3Q, to 840,000 tonnes, boosted particularly by new investments in the forest industry.
