(USA, June 2, 2017) Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG) announced today that its Lindenmeyr Munroe paper distribution division will acquire the business of St. Paul-based Independent Paper Group, LLC (IPG) in Minnesota.
IPG specializes in a wide range of paper products for the commercial printer, including digital, wide-format and business imaging products. It is a division of Murnane Paper Company, headquartered in Elmhurst, Illinois.
“We believe we will continue to have many opportunities for Lindenmeyr Munroe to expand in the Midwest, both through organic growth and via acquisition,” said Andrew Wallach, CNG President and Chief Executive Officer. “We look forward to working with our new colleagues from IPG to help strengthen our position in the region.”
Lindenmeyr Munroe is the largest privately held independent paper merchant in the U.S. and a leading distributor of quality commercial printing papers, business and communications papers and packaging products.
