(Gernsbach, Germany, 10 Jan 2017) Manufacturers of northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) have informed their European customers of plans to raise their prices for NBSK pulp to $820/metr.t with effect from 1 January, EUWID reported this week. Caraustar to Increase Price on All Uncoated Recycled Paperboard Grades

(USA, Jan. 10, 2017) Caraustar Industries announced a price increase of $60 per ton on all uncoated recycled paperboard grades. The increase will be effective starting with shipments on February 10, 2017. Sonoco implementing price increase for all uncoated recycled paperboard products

(USA, Jan. 12, 2017) Sonoco announced it is implementing a $60 per ton price increase for all grades of uncoated recycled paperboard (URB) in the United States and Canada. Papyrus to acquire Procurator

(Stockholm, Sweden, Jan. 10, 2017) Papyrus AB has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of Procurator AB from RoosGruppen AB. The transaction, which is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, is expected to be completed in the coming months.
