Dunapack Eurobox to open Polish cardboard packaging plant
(Warsaw, Oct 06, 2016) Eurobox Polska has unveiled plans to set up a new production facility in the Polish market. Located in Lubliniec, in the country’s south-western part, the new plant is to make cardboard packaging.
The investment is estimated to be worth some PLN 180 million (€42 million). Under the plan, Eurobox is to create about 100 new jobs in Lubliniec, according to the information obtained by local daily Dziennik Zachodni.

(Santiago, Chile, Oct. 05, 2016) Arauco’s net income for the 2Q 2016 was $57.5 million, an increase of 8.6%, or $4.5 million compared to the $52.9 million obtained in the 1Q of this year.
Revenues reached $1,207.3 million during the 2Q 2016 compared with the $1,146 million in the previous quarter, thanks to an improvement in its revenues from the pulp, wood products, and forestry businesses.

Södra Inaugurates Värö Pulp Mill upon Completion of SEK 4 Billion Expansion Project
(Stockholm, Sept. 30, 2016 – Södra announced that an SEK 4 billion (approx. US$465 million) expansion project at the company’s Värö pulp mill in Sweden has been completed and production has started. Valmet to supply a rewinder to Roto-cart in Italy
